SBA A) Define the following: Regional Integration: a process in which states enter into a regional agreement in order to enhance regional co-operation through regional institutions and rules. Bi-lateral Agreement: an agreement formed by an exchange of a promise in which the promise of one party is consideration supporting the promise of the other party. Multi-lateral agreement: is a treaty to which three or more sovereign states are parties. Each party owes the same obligations to all other parties, except to the extent that they have stated reservation. Food Security: refers to the availability of food and one’s access to it. A household is considered food secure when its occupants do not live in hunger or fear of starvation. Globalization: is the process of international integration arising from the interchange of world views, products, ideas and other aspects of culture.
