Due to her nurture, her environment it would make no difference of her achievements. Emotional: The emotional aspect of Jasmin’s life is determined by her nurture, this is because she is effected by the environment, for example if her parents always argued
It teaches that that we have to respect people that have authority over us. Although, I don’t think a lot of things were right that happened in the book. Yeah, you should respect people that have authority over you, but the people that do shouldn’t take power of that. No one should ever get beat up because they were listening to someone, or they shouldn’t get bullied cause of it either. The teachers also should have stepped in when they saw the fight happening and not just stood there.
THe World State doesn't want people to give their people responsibility because they want, “Stability, No civilization without social stability. No social stability without individual stability,” (Huxley, 42). The World State doesn’t give the people responsibility to because with responsibility, there is a need to fulfill the responsibility and stability is threatened when the responsibility isn’t. So the World State gives jobs that they know will be fulfilled and then when the job is done they are set loose like children. Despite the lack of responsibility, there are women who are not freemartins that, “did not forget their contraceptive precautions by the regulations,” (Huxley, 77).
Positivists believe that questionnaires are very reliable and that is the main positive goal. However, interpretivists reject the view of questionnaires as they claim it isn’t valid as the respondent on has ‘yes and no’ answer questions and they don’t go into depth with the answer. In Item B it says that ‘parents are accustomed to supplying information to the school’ therefore questionnaires would be the best way to conduct this as they can be given out on a regular basis and don’t need a formal meeting making the parents feel intimidated and not giving completely true answers. Because questionnaires collect information from a large number of people, the results stand a better chance of being truly representative. However, some parents might feel that the questions being asked are too personal and might feel like they are being judged by the school, but although questionnaires may ask personal or sensitive questions; parents are generally under no obligation to answer them.
Wofford approaches her leadership position because she doesn’t try to be overpowering. She has the job of being over the students and faculty in the AVID program and she doesn’t go around boasting or bragging about it. Dr. Wofford listens to other peoples suggestions and doesn’t just avoid anyone else’s ideas or thoughts. She approaches her position with a very positive attitude and tries to keep it that way even when the job gets difficult. Unlike bad leaders she doesn’t approach her job ready to tell other people what to do, she approaches ready to listen to what others have to say and being a part of a team.
We need to encourage and make the individual independent in these tasks that they can still do for themselves. We have to respect the individual and never make them do a task that they are not comfortable with, we have to help and encourage the individual and that we will be there to support them. 3. Agree with the individual how privacy will be
Living without fear in a positive way would give the impression of someone being brave. In this aspect, she lived her life without fear of committing cruel deeds. She also showed no emotion, which portrays she was not fazed by her actions. S’evign’e uses this to give her atrocious feelings towards the potential
Reflection Reading the story of Charity Anderson was a real privilege because it showed me how your entire life can reflect upon your morals. The major moral shown by Charity was respectfulness and manners; this was lifestyle and what she believed in. One major part that played in this belief was her master being very kind. This was important because it did not ruin herself of esteem, like it did to most of the slave during the time. This made her story really special because it showed how she didn’t regret or hate having been in that time.
What all humans want is similar: everyone wants a modest world where acceptance is not an option, and where none are judged only put into our hearts. What people want is the right to stand proudly for what they are without any problems. Linda Hogan exhibits a claim for peace, human hearts, and connecting to one another. She wishes peace within us by opening our hearts and minds to the fact that were all connected to nature, and to the earth; we are not separate from one another as most people would assume. Hogan writes, “The real ceremony begins when the formal one ends.
A counselor can be honest and disclose parts of her life that can be beneficial to the client, should be used only in discretion, and should never confess or vent her own feelings to the client; this would not be therapeutic to the client and may cause more problems. Warmth is a deep process, to allow the client to be one with the counselor, and emotional bond when the client is feeling lost and alone. Just knowing that someone cares how they feel and what they feel. A smile or a touch with another human being is very strong therapy for the client. Immediacy, I would say is best described as being totally involved with the client getting to know the client as himself, and how he is feeling at the moment, instead of reliving the past.
