If you look at the teleological argument in the way that God created mankind because of their intricacy, you would view people sort of like machines. The theory of evolution proves that humans evolved from an ancestor species. Things evolve by mutation, the reason that people’s bodies are the way that they are is because over thousands of years; peoples bodies have adapted to their environment in order to survive. There are many things in a human body that are not perfect. If the teleological argument is correct in saying that God created humans like a machine, then you would expect humans to be perfect creations, but we are not.
Euleeta White THEO 201-B03 July 5, 2013 BIBLICAL WORLDVIEW CORE COMPETENCY Some people question God’s involvement in His creation even though the bible teach that He is creator of the universe. There are claims that He is not actively involved, nor is He in control of anything going on in the world due to its fallen state. However, God is still in control of everything that sways in the wind, or creeps on the ground. He has not abandoned His creation. The Bible speaks contrary to these claims.
His cosmological argument states that every affect has a cause, which itself has a cause. You cannot have an infinite chain of causation so there must be a first cause. This first cause must be God. The second role that was established by Aquinas for God is Causa Sine - the first cause. God being transcendent does not need a cause but he is the first cause for everything within the universe.
I believe that God did create the universe.” (Letters to Creationist, 2010). Billy stands up for what he believes in when others ask him about the nature of God and he does not think that the bible is a scientific story. In our world today, a lot of people try to connect the Bible with science, trying to prove evolution and take away significance of creationism. The only science I care to know about it when it comes to how humans are created is how and what God used to create us. God invented science, science did not invent humans.
According to the biblical, the Christians worldview on the origin of life is that Christians believe that God created everything that exists. That God created us in his image, he is the alpha and the omega the beginning and the end. No one shall get to him, only through his son Jesus Christ. Genesis 1:1 and Genesis 2:7. The Bible says that we are chosen by God and given a purpose.
Nature is to a Secular Humanist what God is to a Christian; the creator of everything that exists. In Secular Humanism, everything in the earth is basically equal, belonging to nature, and man is just at a more elevated state than animals. Life really does not have much meaning or purpose, as Secular Humanists are not created by a loving god, they were just born via an evolutionary process. This reminds me of Solomon where he states “For who knoweth what is good for man in this life, all the days of his vain life which he spendeth as a shadow? for who can tell a man what shall be after him under the sun?” (Ecclesiastes 6:12, King James Version).
Don't Get Me Started On- Irrational Beliefs Faith is highly anachronistic aspect of the world today. . Science changes it's views based on what is observed in order to create the best model to explain the world around us, whereas religion is the denial of the said observations in order to preserve an irrational belief. Christianity for example, is based on a book written around 2,000 years ago. The genesis story alone supplies more than enough theoretical fuel to keep an atheist's argument burning.
Even if they did make this happen how will they control the dinosaurs to killing us humans? Yes, it is possible that Jurassic Park could really happen. If scientists could find the right arrangements of genes DNA Jurassic Park could happen. They would have to find a way though that the dinosaurs are not able to reproduce. Scientists are really able to clone anything they really
(Heb. 6:1 faith is the substance of things hope for and the evidence of things not seen. I would answer the Axiological question by saying, “God is the creator of the for universe.” Not only does he creates everything, he is everything. So that means because God is of value, we are of value too.We have to always keep God center. (Exodus 20:3 You shall have no other Gods me.)
Swinburne counted this by claiming that the order in the universe does require an explanation. As some is not even necessary for human survival. Just because we are there to observe it does not make it less unlikely. However Charles Darwin formulated the theory of natural selection which provided an alternative explanation for the design of the world, without reference to creation by God. ‘Natural selection, the blind, unconscious, automatic process which Darwin discovered, and which we now know is the explanation for this existence and apparently purposeful form of all life, has no purpose in mind’ Richard Dawkins supports Darwinian evolution and rejects God.
