Chapter One: Introduction 1.0 Introduction: Bangladesh, in her forty years of independence, experiences the development of the industrial sectors quite successfully. During these years in this developing country, newer industries have been developed in the course of time Beverage is one of them. This industry was born just after the independence of the country. Beverage is still considered as a fashionable drink in this country. However, with the trend of modernization of the society, soft drinks are becoming a part of the daily file. Keeping it in mind, to give something ore new to the society, Partex Beverage Ltd. has brought RC Cola in the country. Now days, RC Cola is very much accepted drink item in our country. Within a short time this product has ensured its position both in urban and rural area. 1.1. Background of the study: As a business graduate students every students needs to join with an organization or firm for completing his internship. That’s why I joined the Partex Beverage Ltd for fulfilling my Internship purpose. After passing a specified period a student needs to prepare a report on the basis of his attached organization. The purpose also requires the students to undertake a business problem/area of investigation of the organization for detailed study and reporting. The basic purpose of this attachment with the organization, the students can gather the experience of the real business situation and get chance to have practical knowledge which help him/her to make relationship between theoretical knowledge and practical operation.
