Of the roughly 50,000 buildings in Fallujah, between 7,000 and 10,000 were estimated to have been destroyed on the offensive and from half to two-thirds of the remaining buildings had notable damage. Kennedy used in his address was Ethos. Ethos his simply, how you appeal to your audience. Many things stood out to me in his speech that connected him to the people of the United States. His most famous quote that comes from the address in the Ethos section is: “ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country.” I personally liked this quote because we often find ourselves looking for what someone else can do for us and we hardly ever give back. I think this quote opened the eyes of the people and made them realize they needed to help the country out and do their part in society.
The genocide in Darfur has claimed 400,000 lives and displaced over 2,500,000 people in camps. Also 3.5 million people are now considered hungry. More than one hundred people continue to die each day; five thousand die every month. The Sudanese government disputes these estimates and denies any connection with the Janjaweed militia. It is assumed that the hundreds of rapes reported and treated are not even close to the actual number committed, as victims of rape in Darfur are often too scared or too ashamed to seek help.

I believe these personal styles are an accurate fit of my personality. Since affiliative means being cooperative, friendly, and has a genuine concern for others and conventional describes someone who values policies and practices, it fits my personal and work life. While I was college I worked for an optometrist selling eye ware to patients. I realized then that I loved helping people and trying to meet their needs was a challenge that enticed me.

In 1935, the introduction of the Nuremberg Laws stripped German Jews of their citizenship and civil rights. Jewish rights were steadily restricted, as in many cases Jewish political and intellectual leaders were the first to be sent to concentration camps. The Night of Broken Glass, on November 9, 1938 lead to the death of approximately 100 Jews, while other 30,000 were sent to concentration camps. Jewish businesses along with almost every synagogue in Germany were damaged or completely destroyed.
