1.3 On my job role, it’s crucial to observe an individual’s reaction when is communicating with me, because some of them have difficulties to express themselves by words and with the right observation, I receive more information and understand them better 2.1 It is important to find out about an individual’s wishes and preferences mainly to get to learn more about their personality, to understand their desires or needs, to also get to know them better. When we discover more information about another person it also brings us closer to them and we can also understand them better. 2.2 The communication can be verbal or non-verbal Verbal if we used words Non verbal by writing , facial expressions, gestures, eye contact , touch, sign language. 3.1 Barriers to communicate can be a different language, a different dialect, a noisy environment . 3.2 Understanding individual’s needs and wishes, speaking slowly and clearly, speaking a simple language and ensuring to have a quiet environment.

Although it is just as significant to know how to work individually; working in a group or with a partner is important. Having the prior knowledge of how to act in a professional setting will improve your interaction with them. For example, when applying for a job interview, there will be many factors that the interview will be looking for. These can include professionalism, behavior, or even response to a situation. Therefore, it is important to always be rational in difficult situations and be mindful of your actions.
