Susie’s dad has a heart attack at the end of the book. In the book Susie’s mom has an affair with the detective Len. In the movie and show a lot of the events happen at different times. For example: In the book Lindsay’s mom leaves towards the end of the book, but in the movie she leaves in the middle. In the book Mr. Harvey throws the safe in the sink hole with Susie’s body in it a couple days after he kills her, but in the movie he throws the safe in the sink hole in the end.
An Inspector Calls In this essay I will examine each character in detail to establish if any of them are responsible for Eva Smith's death. I shall also consider Eva's part in her own downfall. Inspector Goole had a way of making people think and do what he wanted. The police did not respect his wishes and they took the sample anyways of what was under his fingernail. They processed it and later found out there was traces of his wife’s nightgown, skin, and blood all from the deceased victim.

September 11th 2001, two hijacked planes crashed into the World Trade Center in New York City and a third crashed into the Pentagon in Washington D.C. Thousands of people were killed in these crashes and since then we have continued to our fight against terror, every year remembering those men, women, and children who lost their lives in those fatal crashes that fateful September day. In their respective speeches, President Bush and Prime Minister Blair both addressed the tragedy. In his speech to Congress, President Bush uses appeal to pathos, making it feel like he is truly with us. “Great harm has been done to us.” This simple statement used by Bush shows all of the United States that not only is the President here to lead us, but he is also human. He continues to speak in a mournful tone throughout the speech.
They also attempted to crash United Airline Flight 33 into the Capitol building, but the passengers tried to take control of the plane and ended up crashing the aircraft into a field located in Pennsylvania. The attacks resulted in the deaths of 2,996 civilians. News reporters caught multiple civilians jumping out of buildings hundreds of feet above ground, killing themselves trying to escape the burning jet fuel. It was reported in the medieval times that people were pronounced dead from the plague where heard yelling in a pile of bodies. Usually, these people were left as they were and buried in mass graves. In the story “The Masque of the Red Death” by Edgar Allan Poe he states “The scarlet stains upon the body and especially upon the face of the victim, were the pest ban which shut him out from the aid and from the sympathy of his fellow-men. And the whole seizure, progress and termination of the disease, were the incidents of half an hour.” (Poe, ln 4-6). These lines are about what the plague did to the body and how fast the disease acted upon its victims.
Lady Macbeth was stronger in handling the situation, expressing almost no emotions over what her husband did.
