I. PRICE POLICY After developing product policy, defining a reasonable, attractive price is one of the most four important tasks for every enterprise when doing the marketing plan. In the price policy of our company, the purpose of price policy, applied price policy and the steps to define price is the three major aspects which are mentioned. 1. The purpose of price policy: In order to bring customers the Japanese cake wagashi that have high quality, competitive price as well as introducing the Japanese culture to Vietnamese people, the foundation of our company has the prospect of the breaking through in domestic market. Being the new company in the market, our company defined the main target in recent days is to successfully break into the bakery market in the North Vietnam. After that, rapidly rasing the revenue and gain bigger market share. It is the first ladder for company to expense the business and come into the market of South Vietnam in the next two years. 2. The applied price policy Wagashi – the product of us is the product which has simple structure. The production process is not so complicated. Beside that, this is the new product of our company but not very new in the market. As mentioned above, recently in Vietnam, there are many Japanese restaurants and some of them have the similar products like our products. After studying the market share, competitors, characteristics of product carefully, we decide to apply the attack price policy for all the product that come to the market in these days. With this policy, the products of ours have the lower price than the similar products of the competitors’ companies. This help bring our brand to customers closer and more quickly.
