Resignation of Chief Financial Officer John Jones
Phoenix, AZ – Johnson Financial Services announces the sudden resignation of CFO John Jones.
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is investigating the accounting practices of Johnson Financial Services due to the unexpected resignation. Johnson Financial Services will be fully cooperating with the SEC. Johnson Financial Services will respond to all requests by the SEC and will be adopting the necessary changes required to meet the standards set by the SEC.
Johnson Financial Services has appointed Marjorie Anderson as interim CFO. Marjorie as been with Johnson for 20 years and has recently served as Controller for the company. She is well-versed with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and reporting requirements as outlined by the SEC. Ms Anderson will be assisting with the review to ensure that the company is in compliance with SEC regulations.
