Imagine yourself in each of the following scenarios and describe how you would react. Be specific in your responses. Scenario 1: You just failed a test. Reaction: I would look over the test to see what I got wrong then I would go study that information more. Scenario 2: Someone from your neighborhood is hit by a car and was killed. Reaction: I would be sad and would try to help form some kind of remembrance that the neighborhood could do. Scenario 3: You just got a raise at your part time job. Reaction: I would be very thankful and tell my boss thank you and that I really appreciate it. Scenario 4: You have just been chosen to participate in a very prestigious competition for your school. Reaction: I would want to participate in the competition depending on what it was. If I didn't want to do it I would tell them thank you and I am honored but I do not want to do the competition. If I did want to do it I would say thank you I am honored. Scenario 5: There is constant tension and arguing among family members. Reaction: I wouldn't feel comfortable and I would try to find a way to help settle the arguments and the tension. Scenario 6: You have just been accepted to the college you really want to attend.
