Planning vs Creative

In modern society, it has been controversial that whether being creative or planning carefully for the best solution to a problem. Those people who do not afraid of making mistakes might give more value for being creative. However, in my opinion, I totally agree with planning carefully will take more important role than being creative for trying to figure out the solution to the matter. There are two major aspects: personal and national. Firstly, when it comes to managing with problems that individual people have, it is important to plan carefully. From buying a house to human relationships with others, there are many problems each person has, and these problems can be solved through careful preparations. How could you know which house you have to buy? What is your purpose to buy a house as investment or residence? You probably plan to buy a house when it reaches to a certain price that you decided. It does not have to be creative, but it would require many steps of preparation. In addition, if one of your friends does not want to talk with you anymore and you do not know the reasons, how can you find out his or her thinking? You will probably think about what you did wrong to him/her and if you did wrong, you try to make an apology to him/her carefully. In this case, a unique joke cannot make your friend to turn back to you. Moreover, as far as solving the national problem is concerned, instant creativity might cause more serious problems. However, as the seriousness of problems get further, you have to focus on a fundamental principle. In detail, a government have to concentrate more on regulations and plan carefully accordingly. For example, if government created a distinct college entrance exam program every year, it would cause more confusion to both parents and students who get stressed out.
