* Personality Reflection * * In scientific terms, personality can be defined as the psychological constructs that are built by series of characteristics we use to describe ourselves and that are integrated through what we call “self”. Within this characteristics we can find what, in psychology, are denominated as traits (e.g. sensibility, sociability, submission, aggression, among others), trait sets, and many other aspects people use to describe themselves. Some of these aspects can be motivation, emotions, feelings, and other mechanisms. In simpler words, we can say that personality is the way in which we think, feel, behave and interpret reality. * * Talking about myself, I can say that I am a man with a lot of good features to offer those who get to know me deeper. I am very polite when it comes to treating people, a trust able and reliable person who is committed to his word. I am outgoing, and it is very rare to see me shy. My personality is very peculiar since I tend to bond very easily to others around me. My helping hand is always there to be offered to those who may need me. Learning is one of the experiences I enjoy the most. Most of the times I have a smile on my face, and when I am not feeling happy at all I try to support myself to overcome any mood barrier. However, everybody has its flaws and, as everybody, I’m not perfect: I get angry very easily. I would rather take my time to finish a task in a professional manner than giving it up, even if it takes me more time than expected. I expect too much from others, and this causes people to let me down or make me feel disappointed very often. * * My personality can be explained as reliable.
