Personal Ethics Statement Values and ethics are a part of everyday life. The life we live shows the strength of our personal character. All of us need to make immediate and wise decisions. The choices we make should be driven by our own ethics. I believe that people need good ethics to promote a healthy and positive environment for ourselves and others.
My classic values are temperance and justice, I value individual and social balance within the community. This balance can be accomplished by giving trust and regularly dealing with members of the community. I learned that my key phrase is “I am fair and responsible”. My definition of ethical behavior is that everyone is responsible for themselves and their obligation to do the right thing in any situation. An ethical person should fulfill that obligation and be fair at the same time.
Integrity does not mean being perfect, but rather having high moral principles and being trusted in our actions as well as our words. It is something that compels us to do the right thing all the time. In our day-to-day life, we are presented with different choices. Some are hassle free and are very easy to make, while others may be difficult and requires significant effort. Of all the choices offered, picking the right or the wrong one is often determined by our character, which is based upon the qualities of integrity, accountability, and reliability.
I will maintain honesty, integrity, kindness and goodness as I deal with other individuals. Hard work pays, hence I will do my best in every opportunity accorded to me. I believe in the existence of a powerful supreme God, who controls the whole universe and the occurrences in it. I am subject to this God, and hence in my interactions with others I will maintain peace and harmony. Life is sacred, and I will do all in power to preserve it, while maintaining the comfort of my patients.
And when I succeed in my plans it makes me feel happy to know that I did the best I could and tried my hardest. I consider myself a leader, because when you are in this position you have to be trustworthy, responsible and honest, qualities that people know I posses. Leaders make good decisions and have strong personalities; and they always fight for what they believe. Perseverance is my best outstanding quality. I always want to achieve my goals no matter how difficult, how many obstacles I have in front or how rough the way is, I know that I won't lose anything trying and the one who tries with confidence, determination and all its heart will achieve everything.
We must always be consistent, reliable, credible, acting with high integrity and honest. Your words and your action must reflect trustworthiness in all actions for company x. 2. Respect- We always will treat others with up most respect and expect the same in return. We understand and are open to differences and will deal with disagreements peacefully and productively.
Personal Ethics Statement Personal ethics is the core values you live by each and every day that help you make important decisions throughout your life. It is how one values oneself. Personal ethics is the normal foundation on which people build their lives. It is developed throughout life and used to make every decision. I view myself as a very honest, strong and sensible person when it comes to both at work everyday life and academic environments.
The Relationship Lens is focused on processing the systems needing for an ethical organization. It protects the basic liberties of all people Everyone is entitled to their rights no mater what their income status is as well as the right to a fair process. The Reputation Lens is focused on whether we are exhibiting the virtues which are prized in the community for people who are in our roles. These ethical lenses affected my decision making in that it ensured that I was open and honest in all facts of these cases. Ethical perspective is not always about making everyone happy, because it is virtually impossible to make everyone happy.
Core Values Values serves as my guiding light in being able to carry out the ideals that I believe in life. From the abyss of values cradles the core values I want to incorporate with my everyday as part in fulfilling the mission that I have made. The values of Integrity, Independence, Fairness, Respect Honesty, Loyalty, Dependability, Confidentiality and Hard-work are among the values that are central and the focal point to the belief system I firmly believe in. Personal Code of Ethics In lieu to my mission statement wherein I want to promote a purposeful life, the primary purpose of my personal code of ethics is to inspire me to be the best person I can be to others and to myself. The personal code of ethics will mold me to be a better person to the community and the society that I belong into.
I always believe myself for being able do the best and ensure that everyone is clear on their responsibilities and are able to get done what needs to be done. With the motivation and ability, it has driven me to not hesitate to take charge of the team and be the front liner who always stay in the center of the group
