This is based around each individual and their careplan so the care i give is individual to them. I assist with personal hygiene, toileting and administer medication. As much as i enjoy assisting clients i always encourage them to be as independent as possible by letting them plan their day and making own choices. Also providing the clients with a welcoming and friendly environment will make all the difference to the person settling in. This provides stability for them and a sense of belonging.
I will continue to keep myself educated with the latest updates in nursing to ensure the care I am giving my patients is based on the latest research. To live out my philosophy of nursing, every day I must remember this about the following: 1. My patients are people with thoughts, feelings and fears. I will set my personal beliefs and bias aside and treat each patient with dignity, respect and empathy. I will provide the best care possible to every patient regardless of education level, race, gender, religious or cultural beliefs.
Aii Why person centred values are important and how they influence social care work We all have our own values that have developed as a result of our family and childhood experiences, and as a result of our friendships and relationships. Our values are also influenced by people in our local community, as well as by national figures and the media. Social care workers are expected to promote particular values. By promoting person-centred approach choice and decision-making should lie with the person, as far as possible and also very important is that these principles are part of our everyday work. There should be nothing special about them, they should be part of day-to-day life.Everyone we work with is an individual, with their own particular likes, dislikes, strengths and personality.
I always have and I always will. As long as everyone lives a good, moral filled life and people learn to coexist with living with each other. “I wished to live without committing any fault at any time,” and in my opinion, everyone should live in that manner. Kayden: That makes perfect sense. Benjamin Franklin: As for a leader, I believe I have a few characteristics of a “leader” … I recently published my successful “Poor Richards Almanac”, which in my opinion tells what all moral beings should strive to do.
Christopher Morrison My personal ethics statement. A person’s personal ethics are based upon ones core values, and their ability to rationalize a situation and determine the correct behavior. After using the resources provided to me I learned a lot about my own personal ethics. I fall into what is called “Rights and Responsibility and Relationship Lens”. I use my reasoning skills to “determine both the universal rules that each person should follow (autonomy) and the processes that will assure fairness and justice for all in the community (equality)”.
