All of these major people involved with helping a campus succeed would be out of a job and like everyone else be in a need of help. College being free would mean higher taxes for Americans, but in the end, it will benefit the future by having intelligent citizens, brighter society, and a smart nation. In conclusion, college tuition being free allows everyone to receive a higher education and become an intelligent citizen instead of a gullible citizen. It gives people a chance to get a job, earn money and be able to have an amazing future. College is a place where you gain independence and learn something new every day.
There are countless things that people have to do every single day in life so going college will help give you a better idea of what the definition of life really is. And the last reason why college matters is because it helps you interact with other people better. Communication plays a very important role every single day and a lot of employers rely on their employees to have sufficient communication skills. We were all somehow exposed to different backgrounds, as well as lifestyles. Therefore, it’s safe to say that the statement “Is College for Everyone” doesn’t imply to certain people who were raised to think otherwise. However, Pharinet seems to think that most kids should consider not going to college at all. Pharinet went on to explain how most students will find themselves working full-time jobs to help pay the expenses of college, in result their grades begins to drop. Then the student decides to drop to a part-time worker, register for less class hours to find more time to work on improving their grades.
Adults returning to college will have the benefit of increased self-esteem, the ability to change professions, and future opportunities for advancement in their current careers. On the other hand, we have Linda Lee’s essay “The Case Against College” explaining that college is not for everyone. Students in high school that choose not to apply themselves should not attend college. These students may not be ready for the heavy course work, the expenses, or the dedication of time needed to earn their degree. Although both authors prove strong points it is obvious that whether your choice is college or trade school, as long as you apply yourself you will be guaranteed future success.

Students find easier courses through word of mouth or websites that previous students rate their professor in. I always ask people who previously took the course I am interested in whether or not I have a chance of passing the course with a C or higher. Students are afraid of putting their grade point average at risk because the grade point average is a component of the application process that helps colleges decide who to accept. .
They make money of our tuition, books, dorming, and transportation just to name a few things. Even with student loans we pay so much more then what we planned to pay. In the end college is just a really complicated expense. I find this interesting because you don’t really need college to do pursue your career (in some cases not every case). If you choose not to go to college you can use your money to invest in other things that can benefit you and can help you later on in life.
People can take advantage of this free college, taxes can be raised, and it can take more time for employees, but there is a way you can fix all of the problems. To be able to have free community college, there should be restrictions against it. If a student doesn’t have a 3.0 grade point average, or if as student doesn’t have a 18 or higher on their ACT, if the attendance is below 95%, and a high school diploma. if there requirements aren’t met, then you shouldn’t allow free community college to that particular person. In conclusion, I believe free community college should be allowed.
College Monthly Budget Project While inputting info on my college monthly budget worksheet I realized a few things. One thing is that community college is much cheaper, you must limit your spending, and last but most importantly do not overspend. Community college is so much cheaper. If you have a certain amount you want to spend but still want to get a great education than community college is a great place for you. Although you may not have the full college life experience it is a great way to get you your degree and get you on track to your career.
