Keeping each week’s tasks and goals in mind probably improves my chances in being successful in life. Self-Assurance I rely on my drives to decide how to react appropriately to a situation, or an individual, or a crowd. Driven by my talents, I personally feel content too steady improvements I make as an individual throughout life. I have confidence in my talents and knowledge. Infrequently I trust myself enough to test my own endurance and swiftness.
I noticed there are many differences between of us in class. There is one who is always seem happy and be positive to life, which is one of the best ways to face with problems. Nothing can have a chance to beat you down when you are in your best mood, or there is one who going to engage in May and this is one of his motivations to achieve his goal in life. They are both seem commitment in Perry’s scheme. To myself, in terms of life stage, I am moving into adulthood I must be responsible to myself and to others in my family.
Of course management is always communicating through the proper chain of command and then training the staff under them as to the changes that are occurring and providing reason behind the changes. We are always recruiting for people that are a good fit in our culture, but to be honest as long as someone can smile and make eye contact, the rest can be taught as it’s considered a cultural behavior. Of course, right now I have one that hasn’t been able to perform for quite some time, even though he follows the behaviors, he isn’t self-motivated enough to accomplish it all. Therefore, he will be leaving us soon. This structure is very successful for our organization in training and creating the culture that we want.

When a person develops admiration for another they desire to be like that person. One way someone can achieve Referent Power is by having Charisma. If someone likes, respects or admires another it is because they are trying to please that person.
In life we may across hurdles holding us back, hypnosis and hypnotherapy are used to control these hurdles or maybe even get rid of them. There will always be doubts and things may never be proven but I quite like the air of mystery that goes along with hypnotism. If it makes people feel better and it changes even the tiniest of problems for someone then what’s the harm? We all strive to make people feel good and to do right by people, to change someone’s day and to make them smile….to maybe even take away a bit of the world that’s on their shoulders. you have given me this and i thank you for this. in life i have been completly lazy in everything always taking the easy way. when thing went wrong i would just leave or ignore them. with you though i am faceing a harder, more confusing , and insermountable new things that at time i don't have the answers. yet i find my self fighting harder and thing faster to make sure that i do learn the answer as fast as i can.
Some people see the use of technology as a useful tool, that enhances productivity and serves as a complement to human tasks while others believe that technology can make processes more complicated or that eventually in the worst case scenario, it can replace a person's job. Even though both sides have supporters and detractors, the truth is that every day we are surrounded by more and more technologies and we must adapt to make the best out of the situation if we want to remain competitive within our organizations. She has a clear understanding of different leadership styles and is able to adopt a different approach if called for by a certain situation.
