Another must when it comes to pizza is the Stromboli. The Stromboli is a delicious rectangle shaped pizza roll. It has much thicker dough than a normal pizza has; it’s almost pretzel like. It is filled with multiple cheeses like, mozzarella, and ricotta. It is stuffed with usually pepperoni, sausage, any type of Italian meet, although it can be stuffed with anything one wishes for even vegetables.
Italian food and wine are well known in Canada and are enjoyed throughout. Canada has adapted many different ways of expressing Italian food and drinks. For example, Canada has adapted huge amounts of pizzeria’s, which allow workers to create homemade pizzas, just as the Italians do in Italy. Wine has become very popular in Canada, and there are even ways to recreate the original ways of the Italians, by creating homemade wine in the comfort of your own house (ex. Fermenting the wine, and bottling it).
Checker. 's Pizza Checker's Pizza is a chain of 40 pizza restaurants in the New England area. Checker's started in 1975 and specialized in making pizzas "from scratch." Each pizza was covered with a special sauce, made from a “secret” family recipe, that kept customers coming back for more. But Checker's, like other pizza restaurants in the 80's, had to respond to the wave of fast food pizza restaurants and delivery services that seemed to comer the market.
For utensils, Italians use two special utensils to prepare their food, depending on what they are actually making. The first one is a pasta machine which makes the rolling and cutting of pasta dough a much simpler process. The second one is a wood fired oven which gives the wonderful smoky flavour and crisp finish to pizzas. A lot of commonly used utensils are used to make Italian food as well such as colanders, garlic presses, and wooden box cheese graters. In terms of cooking methods, Italian cooking methods are not much different than the cooking methods we use.

That individual might have to help to further the success or may have to reinvent the wheel and help with the current problems the business might be facing. Here is a brief history of the situation as follows: Mario’s Pizzeria was founded in 1950 and has been serving traditional style pizza in a family oriented pizza parlor environment. The pizza shop is located in a local California mall, and is recognized for the authentic taste and fresh vegetables. As the only grandchild of Mario, the author of this paper has to formulate a way to increase Mario’s profits and customer satisfaction, while decreasing customer wait time.

For example, in Japan the master franchisee was KKY Higa Corporation headed by Ernest Higa who had a significant presence and knowledge about the local markets and he was the one who really help Domino’s to be successful. At the beginning, Higa succeeded by sticking closely to Domino’s formula but later he realized that in order to expand even more he had to adapt to local conditions and customers’ preferences.
