Organizational Behavior Terminology and Concepts Organizational behavior is imperative for operational use in every organization. The focus of organizational behavior is on the conducts of the performance of people and groups within the organization. The study of organizational behavior is about relationships between the people and the organization. Afterwards, the results give the limitations of the organization and the people, individually, and corporately. Organizational behaviors study the behaviors of the people within the organization (Schermerhorn, Hunt, & Osborn, 2008). The goal is to improve the performance of the organization and the employees inside the organization. The philosophical theory of organizational concepts includes perception, individual differences, motivated behavior, and individual personalities. Communication, diversity, organizational culture, and organizational behavior are vitally important for a successful behavior of the organization. The effectiveness of organizational behavior depends on factors such as knowledge, application, and processing of the information. Organizational behaviors are the attitudes and actions of groups and individuals toward each other and toward the entire organization. Organizational behaviors assist to improve job performance; increases job satisfaction, promotes innovation, and encourages leadership. Managers may use a variety of tactics, such as modify compensation structures, reorganize groups, and change the method of evaluating performance to assist with improving employees behaviors. Besides studying the behavior of people, organizational behavior studies the behavior of the organization in the economy. It describes systemically the behavior of people under different conditions; understands the reasons for the behavior of people; predicts the behavior of future employees, and controls the activity
