Executive Summary “Middle Eastern style Hookah Bar" unlike a typical restaurant, will provide a unique combination of excellent food at value pricing with a bar and hookah service. This is the generation where the customers want foods, liquors and some puff of hookah at the same time. Today's highly competitive environment, it is becoming increasingly more difficult to differentiate one restaurant concept from another. So, Middle Eastern hookah bar tends to differentiate itself from other restaurants with full bar and hookah service added with restaurants. The name of the restaurant will be Relax Lounge. Mission Statement Relax Lounge’s statement will be giving the taste of your land with full service. Our motto will be customer satisfaction. The main reason for choosing this mission statement is that the customer do not have to go out in some bars where they will not find anything else than liquors. Situational Analysis The restaurant will be a small sized full service restaurants with bar service, having about 80 to 100 seats and 10 staffs which also servers “Hookahs”, which is typically a Middle Eastern name for water pipes to smoke flavored tobacco. The restaurant will be the partnership business. The restaurant will be serving wide variety of Mediterranean appetizers like, Hummos, Baba Ghanoj, Grape leaves, Kibbeh and Falafel etc. However their more focus will be in the area for their “Kabobs”, dishes comprising grilled chicken, lamb, steak and grounded beef. The main assumption for opening such a diverted restaurant is that the Hookahs attract people to the restaurant, especially young generation college students. However, the customer base for the restaurant will still be the Middle Eastern community at a greater level.
