Each one has the same features. Like for example you can take a class of your choosing and decide rather you would want online or you would like to take it on ground campus, either way you get basically the same education and also the subject one what you learning from. The difference is that you may not understand what the teacher or instructor would want you to do correctly to look over. Like on campus you have the instructor right there in front of you if you have questions to help, basically face to face, hands on work.
In the 2014 issue of Writ Exit Test, the article “Virtual Reality: The Move to Online Education”, Don Landau argues the point that all educational facilities such as: schools, colleges and universities should convert all of their courses that are learned in a classroom to courses that are online. He claims that students shouldn’t be physically attending classes if there are many advanced technologies such as smartphones, computers and the internet. This is for the reason that these students can just as easily access their courses in the comfort of their own homes. Even though Don Landau claims that there are many advantages of having complete online education, there are many downsides of having online classes. Relying solely on online classes for education would add more work, as opposed attending class on-campus, make students and teachers feel isolated and there would be no need of any extended amount of motivation.
This is why we chose this topic to discuss in our History Fair project. The right to knowledge should be an unalienable and unchangeable right for the American students in government-funded schools. Our research was primarily conducted through the internet. Research came from a numerous amount of sources that included newspapers articles, and research papers. Some of the common use of World Wide Web is to gain knowledge in research. When students are doing their home works, instead of going to the library and spending a little more time, they just need to go in front of the computer and search for the topic that they are researching on. Using the internet as a learning resource is somehow more efficient than books when it comes to time. But when it comes to reliability, books are still the best options for us to research since anybody can write, edit, and publish an article on the Web. Internet helped us to communicate with the ones we loved especially those who are far from us.
It is competitive now. We need to bury old bureaucratic and institutional habits. Public schools have always been a local monopoly on the education and innovation has been stifled as a result. Students should be given the opportunity to have customized learning solutions including the full range of brick and click possibilities. In this model students can have internships or participate in work-study programs while completing graduation requirements online.
How does a student decide whether to go to college online or to attend at a traditional campus? That depends on the preferences and needs of the individual student. Some students, because of other obligations, may need the flexibility they can only find with an online education. The learning environment can be a significant choice for persons desiring higher education. Life’s responsibility and financial challenges often deter one’s decision to return to school.
