My Experience: My Role In The Kitchen

My role in my OJT is to help in the kitchen; I worked in the different station in the kitchen. My 1st day, I was assigned in the Purchasing for 2 weeks which I learn how to encode and compute the entire product purchased. I am the one who receive the entire request in the kitchen and prepare all the recipe. After 2 weeks I assigned in the Cold kitchen Alacarte, I assigned here for 1 month. I enjoyed here because I learn a lot, I easily learn all their recipe and how to prepare and sometimes if we have a function we prepare more than 100 plated salad. My 3rd Station I assigned in the hot pantry for 1 month I enjoyed preparing orders here because every day we a lot of orders. Breakfast, Lunch & Mirienda the time we have many orders. My 4th station I assigned in the Bakeshop my favorite station because I love baking. I learned so much here because instead of helping them, they teach us how to make lot of cakes, different kinds of bread. We prepared different kinds of desserts if we have a function.
