Humanistic-Encouraging people are accepting of themselves, and accept others for who they are without question or criticism. In fact, those scoring higher on this scale have unconditional positive regard for others. This absolute acceptance enables people to grow the most and take greater responsibility for themselves. I agree with this result and believe that I can assist others in fulfilling their potential by providing a supportive climate that inspires self-improvement. As a manager, I can see myself inspiring my subordinates to think, grow and take responsibility for them.

The cost of training a worker is also reduced as the worker does not have to be trained in every aspect of the company only what he is going to be doing. The immediate drawback to this however is that he will not be trained in the jobs of the other workers, and if he is not there to perform his duty no one else will be able to. For this reason, broad assignment while usually less efficient allows for flexibility in its workforce, which allows the company to pivot for loss in workforce of changes in tasks. Grouping the teams based on function allows for the teams to have higher team coordination and again increases the flexibility of the individual worker. I thought the project work itself was fun, creating the reports and memos and other communication were great practice for the real world. I really enjoyed getting to know 2 of my team members whom I worked very closely with on this project and will keep in touch with after this class is long over.
To improve my own knowledge is very important to me and I really enjoy learning new skills which can benefit my roles or future roles. I receive positive feedback from my manager, she had over heard me talking to a service user who was being challenging with me, she explained she was very happy with the way I dealt with the situation calmed things down before they became worst. CONCLUSION Being put in a team to do assignments can be very hard for some people because they may like to work alone. But if you think about it if you work in a team you can get the work done in half the time. It won’t put a strain on you worrying how can you get the work done, knowing you have to work and do other day to day things. As long as you designate who is going to be the leader and do what the leader tells you or ask you to do, the team will be fine. Just think how exciting your paper will be with all the other ideas, they may think of things you had no idea even existed.
