Nutritious Breakfast Breakfast is the most crucial meal of the day. It gives us energy to do daily activities and helps our mind concentrate to work or study. So what we should eat and how we eat to have a healthy breakfast. Breakfast is eaten all over the world by all ages. In order to have a nutritious breakfast, we must eat a breakfast that contains good carbs and fiber with some protein. For instance, eggs are rich in protein and nutrients like vitamin D which help us full all the morning, bananas are one of the best sources of a healthy carbohydrate that keep us feeling full longer, coffee can wake up us and may help us live longer, natural peanut butter which may help lower cholesterol in the blood, whole wheat and whole grains which are found in bread and toast, contain more fiber and nutrients and so on. Besides food, the way we eat a breakfast is also important. We should not have a breakfast soon after waking, try to drink a glass of warm water to activate the digestive system and purify the body. Then waiting about 20 to 30 minutes before eating breakfast. We also should not take a breakfast too late, before 9 o’clock is the best. Moreover, taking a breakfast at home or outside, both are good, but making a breakfast at home is better. We can chose which one is good for our health. Furthermore, we should have a breakfast with our family or our friends. It makes our relationship become better and closer. This led us to be happy and be healthy. Ultimately, breakfast is the most essential meal of the day. It brings us a great deal of energy for working, studying and everyday activities. Breakfast is also the beginning of the day, if we have a good beginning, we will have a good day. So making healthy food choices and eat
