During physical training, I gain strength and learn more about how to maintain healthy lifestyles. It also teaches me about proper diets as well. JROTC help me feel better about myself both physical and mentally. In conclusion, JROTC teaches me how lead and cooperates with others, builds self-esteem, teaches of healthy lifestyles. A: I disagree with the statement, I know plenty of people who are well educated not necessarily college educated. They are all living long and healthy lives. I do think, however, college does help to live a wealthier and more prosperous life, but not a longer and healthier life. I think college is going to help me personally grow into less of a narrow mined person and expand my mind culturally and ethically. I do not necessarily think it will make me healthier, although those things are part of a healthier mind.
Physical health: I come from an obese family, and I have always been an average weight because I strive to keep myself physically healthy and eat right. Social health: I try to make it a point to meet new people and make more friends wherever I go so I can keep my social life healthy and active. Intellectual health: I am always reading and trying to learn new things and hear different ideas and viewpoints. Environmental health: I like to have a nice, clean, organized and stress free environment where I can concentrate and relax and feel safe. Emotional health: I try very hard to say what is on my mind and deal with any emotions or emotional problems immediately as they arise, rather than bottling them up inside of me to get worse and worse.
