Nutrition is what your body requires in order for you to stay healthy. When you take a look at what you’re what your body requires you will see that it needs certain foods that have different types of nutrition that does different things for each part of your body. Your body intakes different types of vitamins and minerals that are required by your immune system to stay healthy and fight off any bad bacteria that is not wanted
2. What is the connection between nutrition and health?
The connection that happens between nutrition and health is where your healthy body comes from. In order for a person to make sure their body stay healthy they have to watch their nutritional intake from the different types of foods you choose to eat. A person who chooses to eat bad things like fast food and sweats will not get a good nutritional intake and will not have a healthy life. Compared to the people who choose to eat things like fruits, veggies, and protein they will typically have a clean healthy life.

The six classes of nutrients are what we call carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, water, vitamins, and minerals. Having all six nutrients in your daily diets will provide you with energy to help you through your day. When a person makes sure they have a good amount of the six nutrients in their system creating a good immune system to fight off any bad bacteria. When a person lacks any of these six classes they will not always notice a negative effect, however sometimes they can experience side effects from not having them. Nutrients give you the necessary energy for your body to be healthy and fight off any bad bacteria.
