By being committed to your learning and to success. I think you shouldn’t let anyone make you doubt yourself. I think you shouldn’t hesitate what you can do always trust in your goals. If you trust that you can achieve your goal maybe you will maybe you won’t. At the end of the day you still tried and never gave up.

I set goals for myself and inspite of everything I've gone through, I've accomplished them and in some cases exceeded them. Those goals which people told me were un-attainable I have strived harder to attain. That which I was told I could not do, I worked harder to achieve. I will never pity myself for that which I don't have but instead I will work harder to get it. Many people have heroic qualities but being a hero and having heroic qualities are completely different.
The way he didn’t give up when he did not have to positive encouragement from his community is another reason why this piece stood out to me. It told me that even though that everyone will not be on the same page as you but you should not give up because you are making it count to not only you but someone else that may look up to you. Like when he goes to tell wife Michelle that he wants to quit she tells him that this project will be the most important thing they will ever do. She says that she understands that it will be hard and there will be a lot of sacrifices but she is willing to find out together. By his wife standing by his side willing to change all her ways made me believe that there is always someone there with you even if you don’t know
I have seen people that never try anything because of fear and they lack success. The people that I know that try things over and over again until they get it right, are happy and content with the fact that the hard work that they put it, paid off. My parents have always taught me that anything worth having takes hard work and dedication and I think that success is a product of hard work, dedication and many failed

(250-400 words) “Never fear/ change” to me means to never fear any setbacks in life, rather consider change as a motivation to achieve beyond your fullest potential. It means to never fear the opinions of others and to never give up on your dream. It means to be confident in achieving your goals in spite of challenges faced.
Respect is trusting that all people have done their jobs and fulfilled their duty. Each organization whether its Track or ROTC we both participate in community service, where we do it loyally without thought of recognition or gain. Here we partake in Selfless Service. Doing what is right, legally and morally is nothing but Integrity. As my integrity grows, the trust in others will grow as well.
They will be with me always. I won't forget them over time. They may fade a little but will never go away or change meaning. They are a part of me that I will never runaway from. Unlike a favorite outfit, piece of jewelry, or even a lucky hat over time they won't degrade or break.
Hopeful and adventurous. But I found out that those who are unlucky Don’t see a point in setting outrageous goals, If they might just get crushed. They don’t see the reason for trying, When others, in the past, have only left them alone crying. But we are the lucky ones. We spend our lives climbing the ladder Higher and higher every single day.
A good leader doesn’t have to know manuals by heart, only that they know how to reference material and complete a task complete and with mission complete rate at less above 95 percent. Even if a mission seems like it will fail or the time schedule is not in cooperation with the task’s completion a leader will find a way to complete. The reason a lot of leaders seem like bad or incompetent leaders is because most are rushed into a leader’s position before they feel like their time to grow is complete. I know sometimes it can not be helped and a unit needs leaders but that is when a good leader steps in a helps that leader out. Others are just plan as day bad or horrible leaders.
