Starting to get behind on tasks will put increasing pressure on the EO and they may start rushing everything else, this could affect the end results in either being failures or below the asked standard. The procedure for this should consist the following: * Date of Event * Location of Event * Budget Whilst preparing for all this the event organiser (EO), should check with the employer. This is to make sure that the arrangements are acceptable and appropriate according to the employer’s needs. The EO will have to ensure that whatever is being hired / used is within the budget and if they do get slightly out the budget they should refer back to their employer about this and seek advice. Do follow all the good codes set by company and do not be the one who ignore them and have own set of standards and telling the subordinates do not follow.
Whether it’s a command or just saying ‘how’s things with you’ to a team member makes all the importance of further communication. If you don’t communicate correctly things can and will go wrong. How you approach and say things can have a bad result. Going towards a team member with the right approach, look, gestures and tone in your voice will have big effects , not just for that talk but for further conversions. For example my boss was away, she left me a note outlining what was going on for the 2 weeks she would be away.

and a 2141 my job of keeping an AAV up and running is the most crucial part of Tracking. A mechanic can operate an AAV yes but if a mech doesn't keep his vehicles in working order then an 1833 can't do his job. i beleive i have what it takes to take my skills and pass them down to the upcoming mechanics that will be under me in the future. I have had a bad past especially in my current platoon. I've lied about things that i stongly regret and have had the reprecussions for.
This job requires me to not only be on the guard stand, but to manage in the absence of my director. It's an unsettling feeling knowing that I alone could be the difference of life or death at any given moment while on the clock. Everyone needs to understand their roles and the responsibilities of each role are vital in making coordination and communication work.
