All three times I went to Little Caesars the service was poor and I went to a different place every time. The first time I went to the store and the service was poor I walked into the store and the cashier didn't treat me with any type of respect. They did not greet me and just said, "what do you want ?" with a mean tone in their voice. I just let it go because maybe he was having a bad day but as I started to order it seemed like the cashier was trying to overcharge me.
“I always ask them why they don’t follow up as instructed and the answer is always the same” says Payne, “They simply can’t get an appointment and when they show up at the clinic in person they are turned away”. Payne mimics the thoughts of Douglass regarding inadequate staffing and shorter clinic hours due to budget cuts and believes that these issues are a grim reality at all three clinics serving the Los Angeles area near LAC/USC. The Urgent Care Clinic operated within the LAC/USC ED itself is also unable to meet the needs of these patients even though it operates at full capacity. Payne confirms that, “Primary care is completely inaccessible for these underserved patients”. She is aware of a new “call back nurse” position being developed in the ED at LAC/USC to provide phone instructions for patients needing to return to the facility for tests and procedures.

It’s difficult enough to get them to do tasks alone, and teaming them up with a group of people usually has a negative outcome. Additionally, they’re typical loners who tend to stay to themselves and are isolated from the world in one way or another. Moreover, they have very bad attitudes towards everyone and never want to participate in company functions, or could care less about completing a task or an assignment they’re working on. Furthermore, the lack of interest affects not only them, but their counterparts as well; whatever they don’t accomplish has to be done by their colleagues. Finally, the uninterested fellow workers appearance is not important to them, possibly resulting in low self-esteem, helping explain the way they
One of the hardest things to adjust to was that I did not know anyone at Torrance; all of the people I grew up with went to South. I would walk around at lunch with no one and nothing to do. The people at Torrance were less inviting then everyone at South. Even the teachers at Torrance were rude and very ignorant, but that it just my personal opinion. The campus at Torrance High was
They were given no water, no food, and no place to use the restroom. The cars were sealed, and usually didn’t move for at least a half a day. “People got sick, died, and some went insane. It was an absolute, indescribable hell” Witnesses of the Holocaust (10). When finally they arrived at their destination and the doors were opened, the light hurt their eyes because they were no longer used to something so bright.
I worked 60 to 72 hours a week for minimum wage of $2.85 hr., which didn’t give me much time with my family. I was a single mom raising 4 children alone with no family to help me, which mint I had two full time jobs. Finally, the working conditions were just horrible. Just imagine this if you can, There was no heat or air conditioner, for I worked outside all year round in the heat, rain, and the in the snow. The only protection from the weather we had, was a tin roof over the conveyer belt.
The following issues I have identified are: Staff training and Procedures There is currently no training taking place within the store as it is seen as a waste of money. This is causing low staff moral and is showing in staff attitudes. The procedures booklet issued by head office is almost redundant and is unused by the store. Structure of Staffing The business seems to be top heavy with little or no respect for night Managers. It seems though the manager and assistant are not seeing the business as a whole by not working different shift patterns.
In the real world, most individuals are pathetic due to the fact they cannot cope with a situation themselves without any help from other. Holden has no relationship with females, he cannot fight his own battles and sadly, Holden has no one to turn to when he is upset. In the novel, ‘The Catcher of the Rye’ by J.D Salinger, the main character Holden, is a pathetic character. This is because, of his lack of romance, lack of close friends/family and of course his inability to cope with the current situation. Holden lacks of romance.
These group of people were very poor and struggled to survive day to day. The working class tended to work 12-16 hours a day, 6 days a week, with almost no breaks, in extremely harsh factory settings. They struggled to survive, while being paid very low wages. The often lived in tenements, multi-story apartment buildings. They were provided with no running water or sewage, which meant all of the waste went into the streets, washing out into the rivers, leaving the water contaminated.
