For nine years I have worked for an electronic trading company as the Assistant Sales Administration Manager in the Sales Administration Department. Generally, my duties and responsibilities include the order placements of electronic components as well as the distribution aspects of the business through the resale of the products. My job and position in the company is characterized with managing the whole team of Sales Administration while designing and performing internal report supporting and control projects to Principals. I likewise design delivery training programs to let everyone fully understand to work of the whole department. I provide professional internal support and customer services to more than 50 suppliers and 1,500 clients in order processing, administrating accounts, giving transport and logistics services; liaise with suppliers, handling complaints in an efficient and effective manner as well as control stock items more than over 2,000 (around 7,000 cartons) in warehouse, such as stock allocations, discrepancy, obsolete and stocks take periodically classifying and selling scraps items to reduce inventory amount and increase the volume of warehouse.
ETo tap new resources and economize on expense in sales administration, I prepare financial reports for budgeting and cost comparison along with my responsibility to set a control program to reduce miss-communication, mistakes or complaints of routine operation, handle and solve emergency cases, such as short shipment, wrong delivery, an electric power cut, to close down from customers, robbery, typhoon, black rain or computer problems among others. I also conceptualize and conduct interviews with internal customers for service improvement purposes.
