Win acts weird and Dallas notices and knows exactly what’s happening - she is jealous. Her dad finds out that she kissed him and wants to fire him, so she says yes to Luke, even though they are having an affair. Win sees this is happening but doesn’t tell Luke until Vivi has fell in love. Eventually, Win accidentally tells Luke about the affair and Luke comes over and puts Dallas in the hospital. The wedding is off and Luke moves back to Montana.

Carper. Fahey did not want to continue her affair with Capano. Fahey had been attempting to end her relationship with the married Capano and had begun seeing another man.

Plot Summary Fourteen year old Celie has led a very rough life. Her mother is very sick, and when she goes to visit the doctor Celie is left alone with her father, Fonso. While the mother is gone, Fonso rapes Celie. Celie's mother dies soon after and now Fonso rapes Celie more and more often, saying "You gonna do what your mammy wouldn't" (p. 1). Celie has two children by her father, both of which he takes away right after they are born.
However, her college experience is where she first interacts solely with the predominantly American culture. In order to pay for school and get good grades, Sara must ignore everything else, including her family, to work and study. Slowly and painfully, Sara learns to talk, dress and act like her American peers. She leaves college with her teaching degree and a thousand dollars, which she won in an essay contest. Feeling successful, Sara returns home to find her mother fatally ill. After her mother's death, her father remarries only to find his new wife, Mrs. Feinstein, is a gold-digger after his late wife's lodge money.
After Mercutio’s death, Romeo lashes out, thus leading to another one of his impulsive acts, seeking revenge on Tybalt for killing his best friend. Just before running off to take vengeance on Tybalt, Romeo states, “This day's black fate on more days doth depend; this but begins the woe others must end” (3.1.120-121) Because Romeo intuitively pursues Tybalt; he is killed as well, fueling the ever burning family rivalry. Romeo is then banished causing his mother, Lady Montague, to die of a broken heart in her sorrow for the loss of her only son. In a way Amir is born with guilt, his mother dies during childbirth and Amir is stricken with the guilt of his birth. “I always felt like Baba hated me a little. And why not? After all, I had killed his beloved wife, his beautiful princess, hadn’t I?” This example shows that even as a young child Amir felt guilt and allowed the past to significantly affect his life. Amir felt the reason Baba was always distant and seemed cut off, was because he was torn inside after the death of his beloved wife, which Amir had killed at delivery.
