It is a kind of happiness and a bonus of positive outlook if one can pursue the career which s/he is fond of. In Grade 11, I volunteered in a charity program to bring donations of used books to help underprivileged children in rural China. In the conversation with the villagers, I noticed that the cause of their penury was the lack of capital. The only tangible property these farmers had was land, which was not considered a pledge for loan under the current Chinese banking system. I was not able to help these farmers as Muhammad Yunus did, who won the Nobel Prize due to his contribution in setting up micro-credit organizations. Plenty of business opportunities came to nothing without financial support. The difference between demand and reality gives me the motivation to study and use my business knowledge to help these impecunious families. In the past three summer holidays, I worked at XXX company as summer interns. It is the biggest hand-painted-silk dress producer around the world, which owns eight factories in mainland China. Most products are sold to Italy, France and Spain, specifically, the sales of prom dress targets on American students. During my first internship in the Department of Commerce, I got to know the whole process model from fashion prediction, consumption trend, product design, sample preview, order confirmation, product manufacturing, and to delivery verification. I learned how to create a win-win model by manufacturing in China and selling to America and European countries. Any successful business activity is a procedure of realizing the market demand, creating value space, using knowledge to earn a profit.
