FreeWriting In the article, “FreeWriting”, Mr. Elbow states,” next time you write, notice how often you stop yourself from writing down something you were gonna write down. Or else cross out what’s been written. “Naturally” you say, “it wasn’t any good”. I can definitely relate to the view Peter Elbow takes in his article. Starting an assignment is always the hardest step for me .Like in the very beginning, when you are digging for words to tie your point together; it’s always a struggle building that creative momentum.

Unfortunately, after spending frivolously I realized I had my priorities mixed up. I spent excessively on whatever I desired, forgetting I needed a living room set. As months progressed it became more difficult for me to maintain my apartment. Attempting, to keep up with my friends I had to have cable and the internet installed. It was entertaining, which resulted in a bunch of bills.
Aurora Foods went bankrupt and Pinnacle Foods gained ownership of the Log Cabin syrup brand. The vintage ad pulled me in right away with the message it presents saying: Extra! Log Cabin Syrup price comes way down. It represents a family enjoying breakfast as they pour the syrup onto their pancakes, It also expresses how the message got around town, you will see two women expressing how happy they were to here about the price of the syrup coming down, and I can’t resist the sight of those beautiful pancakes and the packaging of the syrup in a form of an log cabin. The first brand of pancake syrup, Log Cabin, concocted in 1887 as a cheaper alternative, originally contained 45 percent maple syrup supplemented by inexpensive corn syrup.
The clock that she had bought with her own money had been destroyed along with other various school supplies. She was grading papers when we got there and didn’t notice us at first. We told her that we had tried to sell cookie dough to Mr. Walters and Mr. Voltz but they wouldn’t buy any. She felt sympathy for us and agreed to be our first customer. In conclusion, to try to raise money for senior prom, Riley and I tried to sell cookie dough to Mr. Walters, Mr. Voltz, and Mrs. Kodrich.
My sixteen year old daughter for instance, recently exhibited honesty at a local convenient store. Due to the store clerk’s oversight, a package of cheese crackers was included in my daughter’s grocery bag for which she had not paid; she was in a situation that allowed two choices: return the crackers or keep them, after all it was the store employee’s mistake. On her own accord, without prompting to “do the right thing,” my daughter made the choice to conduct herself in an honest manner; she notified the store clerk and paid for the crackers. In addition to my daughter’s exemplified honesty, a homeless man from Arizona demonstrated incredible honest character. An article in The Arizona Republic, an online newspaper, reported that Dave Talley, an Arizona homeless man, discovered an abandoned backpack at an area light train railway station (Quizon, “Tempe homeless man returns $3,300 in cash to ASU student”).
To the students' surprise Group B's cake didn't look like cake at all. While Group A's cake was successfully made. The purpose of the lab was coming along very well. When given the ingredients, Group A knew exactly what to do, without reading the instructions. Only due to the fact that Jessie's father was a chef.
We had to explain the war and conditions we were facing. This is one of the first times when I had to write about a specific topic. I was frustrated and I hadn't even written the first sentence. I had to make an outline and research things to add to my letter. The writing process was too long for my liking.
My First Job Everyone has had a job experience, and the first is always the most memorable. I had my first job as a cashier. I started my job after living for two months in the United States, and that was my first job experience in life. I learned values about the sacrifices, responsibilities, and life lessons through my job. When I started my job, I was really excited and happy to know about my job.
