Cedar Point has a variety of different rides. They have family and water rides, thrill rides, and kiddie rides. They have a total of seventeen roller coasters including one of the tallest roller coasters in the world. The top thrill dragster stands 420 feet and can go 0-120 miles per hour in just 3.8 seconds. They have steel, wooden, and water rides.
For my project, I will be doing research on Cascade Park, which is located in New Castle, PA. Throughout the 1900’s, Cascade Park was one of the most popular tourist attractions in Western Pennsylvania. Cascade Park was known for its one of a kind roller coasters, unique food, and other exciting attractions, activities, and events. This piece of land is naturally beautiful due to the Wisconsin Glacier, which left a path across North America about 20,000 years ago. Ancient trees, natural waterfalls, huge boulders, and rich soil were the result.
Guess you didn’t expect the sights to be jam-packed full of tourists! Since the Smokey Mountains have plenty of vacationers, there is an abundance of enjoyable activities. There are many museums such as the Ripley's Believe It Or Not museum and even a few wax museums! You can ride up the mountains in a trolley or a ski lift, which is always fun for people of all ages. Also, riding in ski lifts and trolleys give you a good excuse to get up and down the mountains

Then we got to this ride called Goliath. Goliath is a blue and orange coaster that has a BIG LONG DROP with twists and turns, also it’s like the fastest ride at the park. It goes eighty-five miles per hour or something like that after the BIG DROP! So, we zipped through all the pole lines because we got there early enough to beat the crowd. Then we finally got to the point where we had to wait in line, but it was very close to the start of the ride.
