The world’s greatest boxer, Muhammad Ali, had his life altered in a good way by one incident where his bike had been stolen. That bike didn’t only change his life, yet it changed the whole world’s life as well. Muhammad Ali was one of the greatest athletes of all time, because of how determined and compassionate he was to boxing and helping the poor and needy people. This boxer can be one of the most helpful men in the world, since he does so many things to help foundations and much more. He does almost everything to help all the poor and needy people. It wasn’t because Muhammad Ali had to do something with his money to help the world, it’s because he wanted to do something with it. Traveling across continents, he has hand delivered food and medical supplies to such needy sites” (Ali 1). Muhammad Ali had been few of the many celebrities to help the needy and poor and he did it with a lot of spirit and helpfulness. “In February of 1985, he functioned as a diplomat, attempting to secure the release of four kidnapped Americans in Lebanon” (“Contemporary Heroes and Heroines” 4). Muhammad Ali is a helpful person through his words, actions, and movements and he has inspired many people to do the necessary things to the make this world a better place. Muhammad Ali is very strong mentally, physically, and through words, because he has the inner strength that keeps him going in life and never giving up. He also proves his strength by showing he can live suffering Parkinson’s disease. “He looked strong. His handshake was firm. And his smile was as bright as the strobes that were focused on him and his wife as they warmly embraced during a private photo shoot in one of the center’s exhibits” (Chappell 53).
