Main Points of Intro:
Money vs. happiness * Happiness: the state of joy and pleasure. * As young Americans, we are brought up to face the fact of global competition and that money controls a large portion of our lives. * Even though money controls a portion of our lives, money does not purchase the full meaning of happiness.

Thesis: Although many young Americans are focused on financial success, money should not purchase the feeling of happiness in any part of life. In Roko Belic’s film, many of the interviewees faced adversity but overcame their situations with help from friends, family and the hobbies they enjoyed in life. The impact that money puts on our lives does not compare to the overwhelming impact family and friends have on us.
