The mobile phone, in the recent past, was used just as a means to making calls or sending short messages; however, they have added a lot now. You may view a road map while driving; make a video call, view channels, store movies and songs in your phone, make videos, take photos and much more. This is indeed really exciting and thrilling. It adds to the glamorous life style of those who can afford it. Mobile phones are yet another milestone towards the modernization of world. This technology is spreading all over the world. The distances have reduced. The limitations are no more. Now we can trace a person wherever he is. One can keep in touch with one's relatives on all occasions. Though, this technology is very attractive as to its utilities, yet an average person cannot dare think of buying it. Mobiles are very popular with the people. It has become more of a fashion than of a need to keep a mobile phone. It is hurling the poor into an abyss of depravity. The middle classes have been doing considerable damage to themselves by jumping into this maddening race of mobile fashion. Certainly, these mobile phones are manufactured in the developed countries: they export them to the third world countries. As a matter of fact, the third world countries are showing an increase in their foreign debts. Their GDP is not growing at a reasonable pace because people tend to spend their money on these amorous activities instead of savings. Pakistan is one of the countries which do not make anything but waste their precious capital. Conclusion: The secret of the rise and fall of nations lies in their social and general behavior. If they tend to work harder for the national superiority and integrity it comes to them. But mere show off turns them into pieces uncollectible.
