Million Dollar Baby The movie ‘Million Dollar Baby’ is a very emotional and very intense movie that just takes your heart away. It was very good and well made. I couldn’t stop watching it and just had to finish till the end. The characters were great and everyone acted out their character well. The writer and director did a splendid job making this and doing it the right way to make it perfect. The camera angles in here are very well worked on and are shown quite clearly. One example is when their boxing in the rings. When ever they box there’s always a clear view of the camera going into a bird’s eye view position to catch just some of the right hits. That scene was a good example of a point of view shot. That scene really showed the emotion because the camera angle was positioned just right which made it more dramatic. And the last example is when people are boxing in the gym for practice. This is showing a full shot of the people working out which visually helps you see what’s going on and happening clearly. The soundtracks in this movie were very emotional sounding and seemed like they were just always sad and depressed. One example is when Frankie got the letter he sent to his daughter back. She doesn’t even open or care to read any that he sends her. She just sends them all back to him not caring what he thinks but he still writes to her once every week. The soundtrack being played during this scene is called ‘The Letters’. The next example is when Maggie begs Frankie to just pull the plug and let her go. She tells him that she can’t even do
