“Most Memorable Day Of My Life” The most memorable day in my life would describe my best birthday ever, my seventeenth birthday. My sister made me my favorite cake. I had so many birthday gifts; it was ridiculous. One of my gifts was a surprise from my mom, and it was four tickets to Jay-Z and Mary J Blidge concert. It was just the best birthday ever. It all began with me going to the mall. I went shopping with my two friends. I found the cutest outfit to wear later in that day to go to the concert. My two friends and I had so much fun in the mall shopping around. All the shopping around was making me tired so we all left the mall and I headed home. The train was taking long, so I was getting angry and impatient. Once I got home I was surprised with one of my favorite cakes. My sister made me a strawberry cake with butter crème frosting and strawberries on top. It was so delicious. I had no clue she was making it for me so that put a smile on my face. I had forgotten all about the long trip home from the mall. I blew and blew at the candles until I finally realized they were trick candles. My sister cut me the biggest piece, yummy! Later on that day after I finished my cake and I started to get dressed to go to the concert at Madison Square Garden. I was so excited I couldn’t wait for the car to get to my house and drive me there. My sister, my sister’s boyfriend, my boyfriend and I had so much fun at the concert. Jay-Z and Mary J Blidge gave an excellent performance. The Dream had opened the show. He did a good job. Overall it was a good show and I really enjoyed it. As you can see, my seventeenth birthday was a most memorable day in my life. Shopping at the mall with my friends was fun. My sister made me a delicious cake. And a special gift from my mother made it a memorable birthday. I couldn’t have had asked for more. I appreciated everything that day.
