Television advertisments feature actors from various age groups appealing to a wide variety of population groups. McDonald's emphasis on "fast-food" and "drive-thru" means that busy families have access to convenient food and can spend more time enjoying the things they consider important. Better access to education means people are more conscious about organic / natural / nutritious food choices, McDonald healthy choice menu reflects some of these values. 2. Adaptation to economic environment. The economic crisis has resulted in people searching for more value. The McDonald's family value pack, means people can feed their families at McDonalds for often less than the cost of a home cooked meal. 3. Adaptation to natural environment: McDonalds have a number of environmental sustainability and social responsibility initiatives including partnering with Sydney Water to reduce water usage, and using energy-saving equipment (e.g. low volume oil fryers and new grills). 4. Adaptation to technological environment: McDonald's website is interactive, and user-friendly providing information on a wide selection of their products. 5. Adaptation to political environment: McDonalds links itself to numerous cause-related or charity organisations, McHappy Day, Clean Up Australia Day and the Ronald McDonald house foundation for example. 6.
