Math Is My Strength

In my life, my most impressive convention is my math skills. However, I struggled with English because English is my second language. From that point of time, I knew my math skills were above most of the students from middle school through high school. When the Algebra regents came, being my first time taking it, I got just enough points to pass it because the regent was in English. After passing middle school, I went to Fowler High School and I decided to take higher math classes because of the skills that I have gained. I passed math B in my first year of high school and there was only four other people that took the regents with me. However, I am persistent about my math class and continued to strive in my math skills. After I passed the math B regents, I realized that the school district canceled math B since it was too hard for most students to take and pass it. I gave a lot of effort in my first year. I studied in the morning and after school with the teacher, and at home I practiced day by day. Moreover, this is where I am proud of myself because of my diligence in math and I want to have this effort in college as well. Although, I still have a hard time with English, especially with the grammar. English is the hardest subject for me to comprehend because of the concept and structure of the English language. Math gives me the opportunity to have a skill to focus on which leads me to my career, thus majoring in it. I have to improve myself in college by being phenomenal in studying and practicing. I am not going to put all the hard work I put in math into waste. Instead, I am going to continue and improve in the most simplest to the most complexity of
