  The mission of Biotherm Homme is “To study cosmetology from the point of view of skin’s biological makes up in order to develop effective and advanced formulas.” In addition, the Vision of Biotherm Homme is “A tailored solution for every man.”
  Mission is appropriate to the reason of company‘s existence. Even though this mission is not only for the Biotherm Homme, This mission is clearly showing the purpose of the Biotherm group. As we can find in this statement, they want to define the cosmetic products in the view of human skin, not in the view of beauty. This concept is closely related with the trends of 21C, the well-being. In addition, they did not exclude the point of beauty, of course, because they are just a kind of cosmetic brands. Actually they emphasized the health of skin for their concept, the real beauty from inside of the skin. However, although Biotherm Homme is a men's cosmetic brand, men do not make up normally. It means that this mission is not really suitable for this product line.
  Therefore, we suggested that the mission has to be changed to "To study natural cosmetology from the point of view of skin’s biological makes up, in order to develop effective and advanced formulas, for both of men and women."
  About the vision, we are not sure that this is the vision of the Biotherm Homme, because they did not clarify their vision on their home page. In addition, some websites of their group even use the concept of two confusedly. Therefore, we concluded that this statement is most close...
