INTRODUCTION * Rationale Our investigatory project is about a hand sanitizer with fruits as one of the ingredients. We chose this title because it tells that this sanitizer has ingredients which are fruits. In our investigatory project, we used orange and mango to make the color, smell, and makes our sanitizer healthy for the skin. Speaking of fruits, these are products of a plant that contains vitamins like mangoes are high in fiber, vitamin C, and carotene. In orange, this fruit is low in calories and contains no saturated fats or cholesterol. Yet, it is rich in dietary fiber, pectin. Oranges are citrus fruits that are excellent in vitamin C. It is a powerful natural antioxidant. In our I.P, the major ingredient is aloe vera gel. The aloe vera gel is the major ingredient because without it, the sanitizer would not be sticky. It would be plain alcohol. Aloe vera has been used for ages for its health, beauty, medicinal and skin care properties. This contains vitamins A, C, & E which are antioxidants. Antioxidants neutralizes free radicals. It also contains hormones specifically auxin and gibberellins that help in wound healing. * Significance of the Study As of the current happenings, one of the major problems in our society is the spread of diseases like colds, pneumonia and many more. In some advertisements, washing our hands with soap and water can prevent these sicknesses from coming to us. But not all the time we can wash our hands with soap and water. Like, if we are in the middle of going home, or we are riding a public vehicle. Sometimes, we also forget to bring our alcohol. Washing our hands with alcohol can be a way to
