Police say the girl made the call Tuesday evening after Lisa Thompson-Phillips picked the girl up from a volleyball game in north Omaha. According to Omaha television station KETV, officers say Phillips looked drunk when she got out of her vehicle. They say her blood tested out at more than three times the legal limit.
