Description of the company Mission Statement Lotus Bakeries will base its sustainable growth and profitability on: • a focus on authentic products from the biscuit and cake world: caramelized biscuits, gingerbread, waffles and galettes and bakery specialties. Products that are distinctive in terms of both quality and customer satisfaction. Lotus and Peijnenburg are strong brands, which radiate pride and in which consumers have constant trust and feel good when consuming. • clear leadership in its specialties. Corporate strategy Lotus Bakeries’ business is producing and selling authentic specialty biscuits and cakes. Lotus Bakeries seeks to strengthen (or consolidate) each product’s leadership in its local region and create an international market for it.
