“Golden Rule”: We should treat others as we want to and except to be treated. c. We should be responsible to our families. Our parents, siblings, husbands, wives and children. Even at the worst situation, we should believe that they will be with us and we will be with them. d. Giving to charity for a cause that you believe in will be very beneficial at the end of our lives morally because we will be able to look back see the difference we have made.
Mercy medical center is another place I would enjoy working for. Their Mission statement is strong and clear; Dignity Health and its sponsoring congregations are committed to furthering the healing ministry of Jesus. Dignity Health dedicates its resources to: Delivering compassionate, high quality, affordable health services; Serving and advocating for our sisters and brothers who are poor and disenfranchised; Partnering with others in the community to improve the quality of life. -http://redding.mercy.org/Who_We_Are/Mission_Vision_And_Values/index.htm. That is very important to me when choosing where to work.
If we live our lives without faith they would be extremely lonely and unfulfilling, aspects of faith are all around us. We can specifically use it in our present mindsets, love and future. In order to be confident in the decisions you make you would have to know all the possible out comes of a situation and have everything perfect. The problem is we are not all knowing nor anywhere near perfect, but through faith we can trust those around us to help when mistakes are made. In keeping a faithfully open mindset relationships are built, you may even feel love.
I love to help people and be there when my friends or family need me. I am constantly checking up on my loved ones and making sure they know I care for them! I like having the ability to make an impact, big or small, on someone’s life, and I think caring for someone and doing something for them that they need done is a great way to do so. One of my favorite quotes is “You must be the change you wish to see in the world.” by Gandhi, and I want to see more people be caring and compassionate towards others, therefore I am being “the change”! Lastly, I am very optimistic.
Even if it’s just a little piece of the puzzle I provide I will have helped in some way give a family the closure they will need when they are in need of comfort. I know I will also have the personal satisfaction of going home to my family every night and knowing that by doing what I do they are taken care of. I want to provide in every way to make sure my children are given the life that they deserve and the only way for me to insure that is to work for it. So, in conclusion I predict my future to be full of obstacles, rough days, and almost never easy, but also completely worth
My belief is to have a aim in life, and work towards it, whether it be a aim in life to work towards, whether it be higher qualifications to better my job prospects or working towards bettering my career path, each is a great belief for me to acheive as this will be beneficial to my children and improve my way of life. While my Values and Beliefs are important to me I appreciate that not everyone values the same qualities. While it has not been an issue in my current position I could say that I may have less empathy or patience for people who are more work shy or don't work to my standard. It is important that i dont allow my beliefs and values to place a strain on my relationships with both colleauges and service users. Working in the Health sector, you are most likely to come accross people with views you dont agree with and some people wont understand your point of view.
This is showing how important a care plan is so there isn’t a breakdown of communication as you will know the service users needs. Culture and beliefs- The first strategy is acknowledging and admitting the existence of differences between. This mainly includes differences in perceptions, interpretations and evaluations of social situations and people who create and act within them. ‘ These differences than have to be named, described, explained and understood.’ source-www.indianmba.com .Having a good understanding of the belief and culture will help the carer to understand more of what the service user wants. This is a great way to overcome this barrier as the service user will be able to continue with their religion with the health care professional knowing about it.
We believe in holy Christian living, and that we must have concern for the hurts and social needs of our fellow men. We believe we are to use every means possible to bring the salvation message to women and families in crisis pregnancies. We believe the power of the Holy Spirit will assist them to be better parents, spouses and productive members of society. We individually and collectively affirm and adhere to the above Belief
In conclusion, life goes around and around. Today you are born, and maybe tomorrow you die. Nobody wants to lose a beloved one, but this is the circle of life and that is how things must be, no matter we like it or not. The mothers are the most precious things in life. That is why you have to be kind with them.
Love is an important feeling to have in life, no matter what it revolves around. When most people think of love they think of being in love with another person, I wish to have this. I want to have a family, no matter what the size, that I can love and care for. I also want that back. I want someone that will love me for me, and who will always the there.
