A student needs to feel comfortable with themselves, others, and the teacher, so there can be meaningful discussion and interactions. Teacher and student relationships are essential to ensure a positive school/classroom atmosphere. Rules are stated in this manner, because teacher and student develop the rules together. This way student feels some ownership about how the class is run and is more likely to follow rules and procedures. CLASSROOM RULES: 1.
Some schools’ mission statement is the modern equivalent to a motto. “Although our pupils achieve well, we are interested in more than just results. We aim to provide an inspiring, stimulating and enjoyable education for all our pupils, introducing them to a wealth of exciting experiences across the whole curriculum.” How is this reflected? : The pupils’ achievements not only academic but also sporting, artistic, performing and behaviour, both in and out of school are recognised. There is a positive culture of learning and development that is celebrated by merits, certificates, displays and praise from teaching staff.
TDA 2.6 TASK (3.1) (3.4) Describe why teamwork is important in schools 3.1 Describe why team work is important in schools. Outstanding, efficient and effective, teamwork allows the school as a whole to run effectively and achieve excellent results not only for you but also for others. It helps to build a positive relationship with those that are within your team. When there is team work, responsibilities and tasks are shared and are completed more effectively and also in a good time scale. In a school there are many other people to consider as your team rather than just the people you work with closely on a daily basis.

Those awarded Qualified Teacher Status must demonstrate that 'They have high expectations of pupils and build successful relationships, centred on teaching and learning. They establish a purposeful learning environment where diversity is valued and where pupils feel secure and confident.' This criterion has become the foundation for my teaching and I consider the creation of a positive learning environment an important feature of a successful lesson and any form of misbehaviour disturbs that environment. Behaviour management has proved very challenging for me, and as can be seen from my weekly evaluations, it was a constantly recurring issue throughout Block A. During Block A, I intended to manage the behaviour in my classroom effectively, but the approach I took was inappropriate.
Personalized learning is successful in schools where student voice is engaged that’s means to involve pupils in the school community and in the process of teaching/ learning and the students are more motivated to learn and to see school as an institution more relevant to their lives. Individual student voices express points of view, opinions, ideas, suggestions, worries and concerns , some of which will relate directly to learning and to teaching including matters of learning curriculum content or learning style. A major role of schools is to enable pupils to achieve their full potential. One way of doing this is to help them become more effective learners and to carry this ability to learn into adult life. Is known that effective learning can only take place when people experience emotional wellbeing Another way of looking at the impact of

According to the evidence available, all children are said to benefit from the inclusive education program. Inclusion is beneficial for many reasons. It allows the students to develop newly established strengths with appropriate expectations for each of the students. The students also become able to work on individual goals while also participating in the classroom community with their peers.
TDA 3.4 Promote Children’s And Young People's Positive Behaviour. has a behaviour for learning policy in place that states “Learning is at the heart of this policy, and therefore the acknowledgement of appropriate behaviour, aspiration and achievement must be visible in every classroom/workspace”. I believe that high self-esteem can lead to good behaviour, co-operative attitudes, high achievement and better attendance. The school has 2 key aims in regards to promoting positive behaviour, which are: PRIDE: This encourages the children to take pride in themselves and their school. CELEBRATE: The main focus on this aim is to celebrate the children’s achievements and rewards them for their hard work and good behaviour.
