Customer demands are what make the ACC a functioning business because without the members we would be nonexistent. In addition this is why ACC has to be efficient at everything they do because they have to much to loose and a lot gain at the same time. One negative thing will affect our establishment because we don’t accept all memberships you have to be recruited in by at least two existing members. Also you have to pay all your dues up front with no payments arrangements unless you have generations of families that were members or are presently members. Nevertheless the country club prides itself on following a member’s only doctrine.
The local economy and the global forces and economic pressures have affected people’s prospects in achieving a rich lifestyle and rely heavily on government entitlements and programs which so many criticize as going in the wrong direction. But in reality, entitlements like Medicaid, food assistance (SNAP), Medicare and Social Security have helped so many Americans survive through these hard times, although many of these programs do not form part of the American Dream in many minds. In the past many Americans depended on manufacturing jobs for their livelihood. When they got a job, there was a great amount of certainty that they could rely on it to progress and sustain a healthy lifestyle for their family to buy a home, car and everything that came with it. Today those jobs have gone to other developing nations who can afford to hire employees at low wage.

[pic] MEMORANDUM To: TMCI Partners, Employees, and Associates From: 122000167 Date: December 14, 2011 Team, I’m sure that the tough economic times and even tougher realities of our business sector are no secret to anyone in the TMC family. After implementing several measures designed to make TMC more financially viable, it became apparent that we would have to streamline our workforce if we were going to remain competitive. No one from this leadership team was excited about reducing faces from the TMC family. However, in an effort to keep the company healthy and maintain jobs for as many employees as possible, we made the decision to reduce positions in every division. Because force reductions like we had this week are
Sabrina Tavernise from the New York Times says, “as a result, there is a growing generation gap, with younger Americans far less likely than older ones to have a family member who served.” (Tavernise) Americans are excessively self-satisfied, and think the government will always take care of their needs. Obviously not all Americans are like this, yet an excessively high rate are. Individuals need to figure out how to provide for themselves. I don't accept that everybody ought to be thrown into battle (just on a volunteer premise), however everybody should be required to go to basic training and serve for a year. It would definitely lower wrongdoing, expand development, make individuals more astute, fit, and more thankful.
Personally, I feel as if Texas Roadhouse way of motivating employees in other organizations are indeed transferable to an extent. A lot of companies can’t afford to give an employee $20,000.00 each year or give all of their managers $500.00 as “fun money,” nor, be able to sending their employees on an expensive four-day conference which includes their spouses. Performance management issues and process appears to be somewhat few if any with Texas Roadhouse, they are about keeping their employees happy and in turn the employees will keep the customers happy things seem to be a

Your note: In my opinion Business A it's seems like a family business so they can't provide more money to the business. On the other side, Business B are more suitable rather than Business A because they recruit experience people and Business B following the all system of the management such a Multinational company. When “the average American’s savings may be near .0% of their disposable income” (Mendelson, 132), this leaves almost no chance for children to receive assistance from their parents when paying tuition. Companies should take the lead from companies like Northrop Grumman and should follow in suit with assisting their co-workers who want to earn a degree with as much resources available. This is a great way to alleviate the stress of employees finding a way to pay for college and a win-win resolution for companies that aid their employees by providing a quality education while keeping those valued employees in their payroll.
