For the Columbian Exchange Assignment I was assigned to create a meal using Old World ingredients. This was somewhat of a challenge for me! As I looked through the list of available ingredients I didn’t see anything I would eat on a daily basis. So, I decided to go for a hearty meal with lots of vegetables and protein. My meal included lobster tail, turkey, squash, corn, and wild rice.
