A man named Ernie Jenkins was shot and killed by an officer named Kenly Kadich on March 14. Kadich said that the reason he shot Jenkins was because he was scared for his life and thought Jenkins had a gun. That was a false statement because Jenkins only had a cell phone in his pocket. Jenkins cell phone and his national geographic magazine was the evidence showed. Chris Cross who was the lieutenant of Oregon state patrol was hired by Kadich’s police department to find out if the lost of his wife was affecting his ability to work, Jaden Lattimore who is the cousin of Ernie Jenkins, and Jo-Jo Viernes the General investigator investigating in the Garbage Arsenic is the witness of the plaintiff. Kadich caught a emotional attachment to his k-9 dog which was vey unsafe and dangerous. He cared so much for his dog that he threatened to hurt anyone who harmed his dog. Well on the night when Ernie Jenkins was killed there was a report of a distorted loud noise coming from behind a restaurant. At the same time of the distorted loud noise police officers were told to keep an eye out for the “Garbage Arsenic” who was guilty for setting fires in garbage cans at night time. Officer Kadich was called that there were noise coming from the back of the restaurant. He immediately went to go check it out with Spurious. Once they got there Spurious was the first to check things out with the smell of the Garbage Arsenic from a glove that was left at the scene of a previous crime. While Spurious was checking things out he ran into Jenkins while he was taking a walk around the city talking on the cell phone with his cousin. Having a lot of excitement took a toll on Spurious body and he fell out and died right in front of Jenkins. Jenkins was terrified because he was shocked that the dog just collapsed and died. Just after the dog collapsed and died Officer Kadich came and saw the dog lying
