The summer before my junior year of high school I attended my 10-day residential Junior Conference at Christian Brothers University. Entering the program I had mixed feelings because I was so excited to meet new people, but at the same time I was extremely nervous because I had no idea what I was getting myself into.

These new employees are not sure about how to be in the union and still interact with the boss. It seems to some of them that in their non-union jobs, they would just say and do what it took to get their questions answered, and they did not see much difference between themselves and the boss. Others want to run to the union steward every time the boss says something they don t like. The questions involve management rights and employee rights.
It is not the end but the beginning of something new. For Johnson, her family and her community they were anxious, happy, and couldn’t just wait for the big day to come. They kept busy preparing for what I would call one of the most importance days of their lives. Almost everyone in the school took part or helped in some way except the graduating class. The importance of graduation is to help you realize that after all the hard work, effort, and dedication there is always a result and that is graduating.

I was so focused on my job. I even checked his seat and looked him in the eye and never knew it was him. I had to be told by one of my co-workers that just checked Ander 3000 seat.
